2010 marks the 19th anniversary of the acclaimed Celtic duo Anwyn & George Leverett. George and Anwyn Leverett play such diverse venues as Celtic and Blue Grass festivals, Nevada casinos, pubs, fairs, school assemblies and craft fairs. From 1995-2000 they have performed at the "Green Show" of the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, an event rated as one of the top ten events in the United States.

They have a passion for Celtic & medieval music that proclaims itself with each performance. Ancient, traditional and contemporary Celtic music comes to life with their wide variety of folk instruments. Anwyn and George play Irish fiddle, cittern, guitar, mandolin, hurdy-gurdy, zither, hammer dulcimer, bowed psaltery, recorder; but George's main instrument is the beautiful self-made 36 string "Lady Harp" They blend a kaleidoscope of sounds and textures that makes no two songs sound the same.

The duo's music is played on Celtic music radio shows across the US, Canada, Australia, Russia and Brazil, including the world wide syndicated radio show, Thistle & Shamrock. George has recently written and recorded a 5 song sound track for an upcoming television documentary.

George and Anwyn live in O'Brian OR, and are personal friends of Ceridwen and Sybok of the Order of the Mithril Star.

Hearth Light -- Their newest recording was introduced at the 2007 West Coast Gathering of the Reformed Druids were they performed with their usual Bardic expertise. This newest recording features 14 traditional Celtic and neo-Pagan songs, featuring Anwyn's angelic vocals. A must have in any Celtic music colleciton!
Skye Boat -- Their debut recording, and still a best seller. Performances by Anwyn & George on the harp, zither, hurdy gurdy, and voice blended with sounds of the wind and waves.

The recording combines many of our favorite traditional Celtic tunes with original songs.

"Follow me to the pool; where the trees are reflected in full, In the depths another forest stood, there we'll meet in Shadow Wood"

Traditional and original music performed the the Celtic harp, hammered dulcimer, psaltery, hurdy gurdy, zither & pennywhistle

Altar Wind -- Inspired by the open, airy, and mystical qualities of winter, this disc weaves together the magical sounds of the Celtic harp, hammered dulcimer, hurdy gurdy, bowed psaltery, pennywhistle, and voice. Ever seeking to expand their musical stylings, George played the wire strung Celtic harp on several of the songs.

This collection features many medieval, Celtic, and romantic favorites, as well as their own compositions.
